History

After more than 100 years of history we can proudly say that currently the fifth generation
of the same family keeps on producing, with the same enthusiasm as on the first day,  an exquisite extra virgin olive oil.

Gozalo Cerdán Portolés, of 89 years of age, is still leading the management of the oil mill advising
his children and grandchildren  in regards of the production process.

Isidro Portolés Abella (first generation) founds the oil mill in Fresneda (Aragón, Teruel), traditionally an area of great olive production.
